Ditmar Marlin

Ditmar Marlin (1985) was born in The Hague, The Netherlands and grew up there, under the influence of the Dutch and Caribbean Antilles language and culture.
As a child Ditmar was inspired by classic movies and was fascinated by the art of acting. He developed his passion for acting when he started to study at the International theatre school The New Amsterdam (ITS DNA) as a youngster.
While he was starting his acting career, he auditioned for the film actors academy. After being admissioned to the academy, he got the opportunity to develop his skills further for acting in front of the camera.
Ditmar graduated in 2014 but still he was eager to expand his horizons by exploring several acting techniques, like The Chubbuck Technique (Ivana Chubbuck) and the Meisner Technique.
Film and Television Ditmar is successively seen in well-known TV series like 'Flikken Maastricht', 'Good Times, Bad Times', 'Spangas', 'FC Kip', and 'Danni Lowinski'. He had a leading role in the feature movie 'MeYouHeShe' (2014) in which he played the beautiful part of an ambitious young man with autism. In 2016 he performed in the romcom movie 'Bon Bini Holland'.
Some years ago he performed in the Nickelodeon hitserie 'Hunter Street' and lately he played a part in popular Netflix movie 'Fuck Love 2'
