Jeffrey Rowe is an American writer and director. He is known for being a writer for Gravity Falls and Disenchantment, the co-writer and co-director of The Mitchells vs. the Machines, and the director of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem. He is currently directing the sequel to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2.
