Naira Agvani Zakaryan is an American actress of Armenian descent, with an international reputation for taking on roles from the raw to the glamorous. Naira Agvani Zakaryan is fluent in both English and Russian.
Zakaryan can be seen in leading roles in many of stage and film productions. She stars opposite Richard Sammel in the feature film "Gate to Heaven" directed by Scandinavian International Film Festival winning director Jivan Avetisyan. Naira stars as the conniving Denise the Niece in "The Impeccable", a short film written and directed by Mike Messier. Naira's stage work includes the off-off-Broadway devised play "Whispers of Floreana". Nairia has also been prominently featured in Vogue Italia as well as major jewelry and fragrance campaigns. Zakaryan was crowned as Ms. Europe Globe in 2014 in Shenzhen, China.
She studied at the Moscow Art Theater and training at the T. Schreiber Studio on an on-going basis.
