Jean Roy, who co-founded Eurêka ! Productions in 1999, produces standalone documentaries, documentary series and multimedia projects including webdoc series, interactive sites, mobile apps and games. His credits include From Montréal (best cultural documentary, Gémeaux 2013), Le Sexe autour du monde (Sex around the world), Des écoles pas comme les autres (Schools like no others), L'Art érotique (Erotic Art), Marchés sur terre (The Best markets on Earth), Un rêve américain (An american dream), Vieux (Oldies), Je veux savoir (I want to know) and Cinéma Québécois (Télé-Québec) as well as the medium-length film directed by Halima Elkhatabi, La tête contre le mur (special mention, Prix Pierre et Yolande Perrault).
