Max Stein is a filmmaker, producer, and editor from San Francisco, CA. He produced and edited the short film "The Game God(s)" which was distributed by The New Yorker in 2022. He worked as Assistant Editor on multiple PBS documentaries, including "Waging Change" (2020) and "My Love Affair with the Brain" (2016). He was Associate Producer on a feature documentary directed by Academy Award nominee Eugene Corr titled "Ghost Town to Havana" (2015). Max received a BA in Film Production from Emerson College and has studied cinema at FAMU in the Czech Republic.
