Julia Deak

Julia Deak graduated in literature from the Eötvös Lóránd University of Budapest. She worked for 7 years in the editorial department of the Hungarian Television, where she wrote film scripts and produced television films as a cultural editor. She has published three books of fiction with well-known Hungarian publishers. She made her first short film, Noises, in 1914. Her other short films are Identification, 2017, Noises and Silences , 2019, Future Fractal, 2020, Shock, 2021, My summers with M., 2024. Her short films have won several major awards at various international film festivals.
