Natalie Turturro Mettouchi

Natalie Turturro Mettouchi is a costume designer based in New York City. As a child, she taught herself how to sew from DIY books checked out from the library; she then began altering and customizing her clothing, and has simply never stopped. An ardent collaborator whose strength lies in using the art of dress to help augment a character's narrative, she is a storyteller not with words, but with forms, colors, and textures. Natalie studied costume design at Boston University. Since then, she has been working for over ten years in costumes for both stage and screen. She has lived extensively abroad and is bilingual in French and English.
