Kristian Knoop (1992) is a Dutch Production Sound Mixer and Boom Operator based in The Hague, the Netherlands. He graduated sound design at the Netherlands Film Academy (NFA) in 2018.
His passion for sound has been a constant in his life. He started building amplifiers with knickknacks and playing with old radios since he was a child. His love for film started in 2012 during an internship. A year later, he decided to study sound design at The Dutch Film Academy in Amsterdam, where he learned how to tell a story through sound.
Over the past years, he has worked as a production sound mixer and boom operator for documentaries, feature films, series, and commercials.
