Was born on 1 December 1975 in Moscow. Strongly opposes the war against Ukraine, left Russia in June 2022 and now lives in Nairobi (Kenya).
Started working from 15 years, at the age of 17 was hired by US owned "Harris Corp", "Westwood One", "Story First Communications" - Radio Station "Maximum" (103.7 FM). That time he worked in the same team with the current anchor of Russian opposition "TV Rain".
1996 - 1999, Teterin was the CEO of the "Station 106.8 FM" in house advertising agency, owned by the billionaire top manager of the Norilsk Nickel. Was one of the organizers of the famous open air in Ukraine "Kazantip" (1997) & the biggest open air in Moscow's Gorky Park "InStation" (1998). He brought the valuation of Radio "Station" to x10 in 4 years of operations and it was sold to the #1 in ratings "Russian Radio".
In 1998 he graduated from the Producers Faculty of the Russian University of Theatre Arts.
1998 - 2001, was the founder of the "Russian Hit" (Oleg's TM) radio station, which was awarded by the Best Brand Effie as the best umbrella brand (1999) and broadcasted on 3 FM frequencies with the same brand but different music concepts in the partnership of Moscow's Mayor Radio Holding. Oleg owned the "Russian Hit" brand till 2017. "Russian Hit" radio is still on air in Moscow (99,6 FM) and one of the top rated radio stations.
He produced 10+ remixes on the soundtracks of the top Soviet blockbusters as the owner of "Russian DJ's" project which are still in radio rotation for the past 18 years.
2002 - 2005, he co founded one of the first super big outdoor sites advertising agency, which was sold in 2005 to Rupert Murdoch's News Corp.
In 2005, he pioneered an innovative mobile advertising technology "GigaFone" (Oleg's TM) in partnership with the billionaire Lev Leviev's associate. In 1 year of operations brought the valuation of the startup to $100M.
In 2006, he became a partner in a new mobile advertising startup "SuperFone" (Oleg's TM) of the self made billionaire Gleb Fetisov ($1,6B), co owner of the 2 biggest cellular networks in Russia (Beeline & Megafone) and the biggest private Alfa Bank. In 2 years SuperFone was acquired by RVK Fund for $35M.
In 2007, he graduated Producers Faculty of the Gnesin's Music Academy with Bachelor in Arts degree.
