Amber Myers was born to Johnetta Cermak and William Myers of Pittsburgh, PA on February 28, 1996. Growing up in Canonsburg, PA, she was in the Canon McMillan School District from K-12. Amber started performing at a young age, participating in dance classes at the age of five. She took ballet, tap, jazz, acrobatics, tumbling, musical theater, and hip hop. Amber also took choir classes throughout elementary and high school. Along with those, she made time for private singing and acting classes. Starting freshman year of high school, Amber enrolled/attended Barbizon Modeling & Acting School. In high school, she took a background interest in the school plays and musicals. In 2012, she played the role of "Tammy" in the independent film "Korie". Her second film was a remake of an episode of "Twilight Zone" (2013). Amber then had a role in a show called "When Ghosts Attack"; her episode is called "Voices of the Dead", aired back in November (2013). 2014 is an exciting year for Amber. She was involved in the famous movie "The Fault In Our Stars" that was released this June; she filmed in 2013. But she's not stopping there, this is only the beginning! On June 10th, she graduated high school to start a new exciting chapter. This October, Amber will be attending American Musical Dramatic Academy in Los Angeles, California where she was offered a scholarship. She will be obtaining a Bachelors of Fine Arts. There, she hopes to learn and grow as an actress and eventually work next to the biggest names in Hollywood.
