Lucia Moreira is an award-winning Producer from Montevideo, Uruguay. She is the president of Raccord Films, which focuses on producing Feature Films with international appeal, exploring new ways of co-producing with countries outside the Latin American diaspora. She is also working as distributor. Furthermore, she is known for feature films "Window Boy Would also like to have a Submarine", "Nasha Natasha" and "Vampus Horror Tales", and award-winning shorts "Blanes St. and Muller" and "Laberinto".
