Evil season 3 ends at a crossroads with only one destination. According to The Pop-Up Book of Contemporary Demons, the chapter is both “The Demon of End” and “The Angel of Beginning.” This, however, is a subversion of the dark and light designations. The upcoming birth of a child is being celebrated. It appears to be the product of an inception so immaculate one might call it sterile. But, in an original twist on original sin, the child’s lineage goes straight back to Rms Fertility.

The episode opens in the direct aftermath of “The Demon of Money” conclusion, which saw the death of Monsignor Matthew Korecki (Boris McGiver). The well-received drama series from Robert and Michelle King has been renewed for Season 4 at Paramount+.

“Evil continues to expand its fanbase of both critics and viewers alike; season three currently has a 100 percent rating on Rotten Tomatoes and it is a consistent top five most-watched original series and acquisition driver for the service,” said Nicole Clemens, president, Paramount+ original scripted series.

“Evil” will return to haunt Paramount+ viewers for a fourth season, the streamer said Wednesday. The news arrives just weeks after the supernatural mystery series from creators Robert and Michelle King debuted its third season.

“’Evil’ continues to expand its fanbase of both critics and viewers alike — Season 3 has a 100 rating on Rotten Tomatoes and it is a consistent top five most-watched original series and acquisition driver for the service,” said Nicole Clemens, presiden of Paramount+ Original Scripted Series. “We couldn’t be more excited to be terrified by what Robert and Michelle create for Season 4 with our outstanding cast bringing it to life.”

Four episodes of Season 3 are available to stream after the show’s June 12 return, which picked up moments after the Season 2 finale.

Paramount+ has renewed “Evil” for a fourth season.

The series is a psychological mystery that examines the origins of evil along the dividing line between science and religion. Katja Herbers stars as Dr. Kristen Bouchard, a forensic psychologist who investigates supernatural incidents with Catholic priest David Acosta (Mike Colter) and technology expert Ben Shakir (Aasif Mandvi). Michael Emerson, Christine Lahti, Kurt Fuller, Andrea Martin, Brooklyn Shuck, Skylar Gray, Maddy Crocco and Dalya Knapp also star.

“Evil” is now in its third season, with four episodes currently streaming. Season 3 picks up moments after the end of Season 2, when a newly ordained David and Kristen kiss. The two must navigate this fraught new reality while contending with David’s involvement with “the entity,” an espionage unit within the Catholic church. The Paramount Global-backed streamer has handed out a speedy season four renewal for Robert and Michelle King’s former CBS drama Evil. The news arrives mere weeks after season three of the series starring Katja Herbers and Mike Colter launched its third season on the platform.

Shout! Factory is celebrating Halloween months early with the launch of its new horror-themed streaming channel Scream Factory TV, set to bow this spring.

Based on Shout! Factory’s “Scream Factory” brand, and following the recent launch of the company’s Shout! Factory TV service, Scream Factory TV will offer horror films, thrillers and science-fiction films, with a particular focus on cult classics. The titles will be available both on demand and as a 24/7 stream of the films.

The channel will launch this April with an initial slate of 30 titles. Notables films include “Black Christmas,” “Dark Star,” “Sleepaway Camp” and “The Last Man on Earth.” In addition, two George Romero films, “Night of the Living Dead” and “Day of the Dead,” will stream on the service.
