Ben Fox is a guitarist, music producer, and Canadian Screen Award-nominated composer for film & television. In 2015 he was one of three graduates from the Canadian Film Centre's Slaight Music Residency, chaired by Oscar-winning composer Mychael Danna.
Fox's work has screened across the world at festivals like the Toronto International Film Festival, BFI London Film Festival, Tribeca Film Festival, Busan Film Festival, Vancouver International Film Festival, Slamdance, and others. He's also scored commercial campaigns for brands like Hugo Boss, Crown Royal, and Adidas.
Recent credits include television series 'Four In The Morning' (CBC), CSA-winning documentary 'Take A Walk On The Wildside', and feature films 'Nose To Tail' starring Aaron Abrams ('Hannibal') and 'Suck It Up' (dir. Jordan Canning). Fox's score for feature film 'Never Steady, Never Still' (dir. Kathleen Hepburn) earned him a nomination for Best Original Score at the 2018 Canadian Screen Awards.
