Kaytra Parkman is an American actress best known for playing compelling characters in several award-winning indie films. She garnered attention from the LGBTQ+ community for her portrayal of Jordan in the digital series "The Flannel Channel", which quickly landed distribution on the popular queer media site TelloFilms.com. Kaytra then continued to build momentum with a recurring role on Snapchat's first original scripted series Solve, as well as a leading role in the coming-of-age film "Ellie". Recently, she shot a pilot that takes place entirely over Zoom during the COVID pandemic called (home)schooled and booked a role in an upcoming feature film.
Born and raised in Southern California, Kaytra began pursuing the arts at a young age and was accepted into the competitive Orange County School of the Arts (OCSA) for four years, where in addition to school and her daily performing arts classes, she also ran a YouTube channel and was hired for several years to host videos & interview various celebrities for SweetyHigh.com's online pop-culture news platform.
Kaytra brings intensity, vulnerability, and maturity to her performances, and is personally a huge fan of the Sci-fi, fantasy, and superhero genres.
