CARLO J. FARINA, founder of CARLO J. FARINA Co., Ltd. (formerly BAIUL-FARINA, Ltd.), is actively engaged in Royalty & Residual Management & Operations of a revolving investment portfolio of Entertainment [Motion Picture & Television Production, Live Entertainment Production], Sports, Publishing, Lifestyle, BioTech/Pharma, R.L.M.O.~Hydrocarbon [Oil & Gas] and Renewables Energy, and Private Consulting; in addition to Producing entertainment projects and productions; developing a state of the art sport enterprise, developing the relaunch of Champions On Ice Tour, Business Management & Private Consulting. CJFCO is also [via a sub] involved in Lit-Bridge's, Bridge Loans, and Senior Debt / Equity Conversion assets.

Mr. Farina attended Philadelphia College of Textiles & Science, renamed Philadelphia University, now Thomas Jefferson University (with a double-concentration in International Business and Haute Couture & Art History), and continued education at Rider University with the National Public Relations Honors Program.

While still in his early 20's, Mr. Farina's founded a Princeton, NJ based talent management company and a boutique PR firm, both of which were acquired in 1999.

In 2007, Mr. Farina founded, funded and operated FARINA Records, a boutique record label originally based in Atlanta, GA which launched with Grammy® award-winning R&B/Pop-Opera recording artist Michael Keith of 112. Mr. Farina assembled a vast library of audio-visual works. FARINA Records was privately acquired.

Mr. Farina has successfully Produced Entertainment Productions, achieving a track record of delivering under budget, profit-generating projects during the last two-plus decades, including high profile live concerts ranging from Sting's Rainforest Foundation, US Army MWR Camp Casey South Korea to Iraq, (consultant to) Michael Jackson's 9/11 United We Stand, GLBT Prides worldwide, LifeTies "Over The Rainbow" for Rainbow House, Backstreet Boy Howie D.'s DLF Stars for Lupus @ Hard Rock, & many more.

CARLO J. FARINA® is actively on the Board of Directors for CARLO J. FARINA Co., Ltd., Trustee of the FARINA Family Trust, and formerly Board of Directors of Las Vegas CC MA, LifeTies Inc., and others.

Mr. Farina is married to his beloved wife Mrs. OKSANA BAIUL-FARINA and a very grateful Father. The FARINA family office, based in USA, focuses philanthropic support generally toward: the Performing & Visual Classical Arts (Opera, Symphony, Ballet, Ice, Fine Art); Orphan & Medically Fragile Youth; Military & First Responders; Small Dog Rescue/Welfare; American-Italian and American-Ukrainian initiatives.

CARLO J. FARINA®, (Producer) is in pre-production of BAIUL-FARINA Entertainment's debut major motion picture "SONJA: QUEEN OF ICE" the True Life Story of Sonja Henie. Mr. Farina acquired all Life & Story Rights of Sonja Henie, Leif Henie, Sally Henie, Dorothy Stevens and others; in addition to wholly acquiring the two most important published biographies of Sonja Henie titled "Queen Of Ice Queen Of Shadows: The Unsuspected Life Of Sonja Henie" by Leif Henie & Raymond Strait as well as "Wings On My Feet" by Sonja Henie.

Additionally, Mr. Farina (Producer) acquired all rights to the 2 most important books written about Hollywood's Seductive Glamour Goddess, Genius and Mother of 5, the legendary Jayne Mansfield ["The Tragic Secret Life of..." & "Here They Are..."]. BAIUL-FARINA is developing a major motion picture about Jayne Mansfield's life story.
