Victoria grew up in Michigan pursuing acting and music from an early age. After graduating from Western Michigan University's acting program, she got her start in the Chicago theatre scene at Steppenwolf Theatre, quickly landing onscreen roles as well. Victoria is featured in the final season of Brockmire on IFC. Also a singer/songwriter, Victoria released her debut solo album 'Lo-fi Love Songs' in 2019 on indie record label Already Dead Tapes & Records.

Alaric Jans, Michael Mahler, Gary Fry, Timothy Gregory and she were nominated for a 2013 Equity Joseph Jefferson Award for Original Music in a Play for "Spoon River Anthology" at the Provision Theater Company in Chicago, Illinois.
Tori was nominated for Best Supporting Actress in a Musical in the 2014 Chicago Non-Equity Jeff Awards for her work as Susan in "Sweet Smell of Success," produced by Kokandy Productions. The hit show was the recipient of several other nominations, including Best Musical.
As an honors graduate from the theater department of Western Michigan University in 2010, Victoria moved to Chicago, and was immediately at work in Chicago theater, where she received the honor of being named one of the 2011 "Hot New Faces in Chicago Theater" by the Chicago Tribune.
She was nominated for a 2014 Joseph Jefferson Non-Equity Award for Supporting Actress in a Musical for "Sweet Smell of Success" at the Kokandy Productions in Chicago, Illinois.
