David Prats Juan is a young spanish composer, born in 1982 in Mahón
(Menorca), Balearic Islands.
He has composed and produced original music for a lot of spanish indie short films, spots and B movies that are currently projected in international festivals around the world.
David recognize to be a fan of the music of John Williams, Hans Zimmer and all other great composers of Hollywood of whom he tries to learn and be inspired to develop his film and television works, while a part of his other works consists in many piano little pieces and chamber music, still unpublished, characterized by beauty, classical, romantic and very expressively melodies, composed in his youth influenced by the admiration of great composers of classical music and which sound have some similarities with the music of Chopin and the minimalism of Michael Nyman, Yann Tiersen, Yiruma or Ludovico Einaudi.
He has also wrote some other works for great orchestra like a symphony, a concert for piano and orchestra and a requiem for chorus and orchestra that were composed using a new neo-tonal style, made by himself and based on own rules and harmony and which music are still unpublished too, waiting for an opportunity to be shared to the whole world.
