- Camera and Electrical Department
- Director
Born in October 13, 1988 in Gardena California as Charles Michael Cartwright IV and the son of Brenda Cartwright and Charles Cartwright III. At the age of five, the Cartwright family moved to Mesa Arizona. Charles was always a creative person. He was fascinated with drawing, cursive hand writing and participated in plays at his elementary school. At the age of fourteen Charles got ahold of Stanley Kubrick "A Clockwork Orange" Script and decided that he wanted to be a movie director. He pursued his passion in high school at the East Valley Institute of Technology where he studied video production. After graduating high school Charles took a long hiatus from pursuing his movie directing career. After a few years of some extreme self discipline Charles was obligated to attend The Film School at Scottsdale Community College. It was there where Charles got a name for himself as a cinematographer and lighting technician. During his time in college Charles shot several commercials, short films, and web series for many small Arizona production companies. The demand for Charles's services declined so he was subjected to work as a dishwasher at a neighborhood restaurant for two years. After saving enough money, he moved Los Angeles to pursue his career as a successful cinematographer in the motion pictures industry.
