Newcomer Alicia Crockford has joined the cast of Joshua Basili’s indie movie “The Overlooked,” which is slated to start filming at the end of March, TheWrap has learned. Basili will direct from his own screenplay. The dramedy will star Jessica Cameron, Alexis Brandt and Malcolm Bowen. “The Overlooked” aims to shed light on the issue of homelessness and those who are overlooked in our society, as well as give hope to those in need. The film follows a young Hollywood actor who loses his way when he gets caught up in his own ego and stardom. Also Read: Danny McBride to Join.
