Rebecca is an Adelaide based producer with a decade experience freelancing in production, across film, series and TVCs. After graduating from the University of Adelaide's Bachelor of Media in 2014, Rebecca began as an assistant producer at Hedone Productions, a role partly funded by the South Australian Film Corporation's Seed Talent Grant, working alongside producers Kate Croser and Sandy Cameron. She continues her professional development as Associate Producer at KOJO Studios.
In 2019 she was selected to participate in Screen Producers Australia's One To Watch initiative, mentored by GoodThing Production's Head of Factual Charlotte Wheaton, and received the Emerging Producer Award at the South Australian Screen Awards.
In 2017, her two documentary proposals were selected for production by ABC Arts' Art Bites initiative. "Unboxed", a portrait series profiling Australian gender diverse artists produced with Epic Films' Kirsty Stark, and "Lesson from a Middle Class Artist", about a struggling musician travelling to America to learn from a novelty song performer, were released on ABC iview in April 2018.
For six years Rebecca presented and produced a 90 minute weekly live radio programme called Behind the Screens focusing on the Australian screens industry on community station Radio Adelaide.
