Katie Sereika

Katie Sereika is an actress, singer, yogi and model of Scandinavian, Irish and German descent born on Thanksgiving Day in Rochester, NY.
Katie grew up a competitive athlete and played basketball for the New York Panthers. She was pursued by many colleges and offered a Division 1 scholarship but turned it down in order to receive her BFA in Musical Theatre.
She studied a semester abroad in London where she developed a passion for the oral tradition of storytelling under the guidance of renowned storyteller, Sally Pomme Clayton. Simultaneously, she found another teacher while abroad, who inspired her to pursue the dedicated path of a yogi. Over the years Katie has completed many training and certification programs and had the honor of studying with many of her heroes in the world of yoga and spirituality including Seane Corn, Caroline Myss, Sandra Ingerman, and Clarissa Pinkola Estes. She is a 500HR Certified Yoga Instructor, Shamanic Practitioner and Meditation Teacher and also enjoys sharing her love of Sound Healing.
While living in NYC she continued training as an actor and singer with Fay Simpson, Tom Burke and Jayde McCarty and has also trained extensively in Los Angeles and New Mexico. After completing her stint on the East Coast she followed her dream to move out to Colorado and be near the mountains. She has representation in multiple markets in the US.
