Jacob Seltzer

Jacob Seltzer is a New York born, Los Angeles based Writer and Director. Jacob's drama television pilot "Guru" is being packaged by Authentic Talent and Literary Management. Jacob recently finished post on "Meow, Meredith," a short film he wrote and directed. It stars Tara Karsian (DOUBT, AMERICAN HORROR STORY, THE MORNING SHOW). His previous short film, "No Kissing," received an Audience Award at NewFilmmakers New York, an Honorable Mention at Queens World Film Festival, and screened at Middlebury New Filmmakers Festival and Tally Shorts. It stars Molly Brown (LOST GIRLS, HIGH MAINTENANCE). His previous shorts have received the Best Overall Film award from LMC-TV and screened at NFFTY. Jacob graduated with High Honors from Wesleyan University, where he studied Philosophy and Film Studies. He is a member of the Lab Twenty6 writer's group and is an AJU 2020 Inquiry Fellow. He is represented by Authentic Talent and Literary Management.
