Chandra Niles Folsom

Chandra Niles Folsom is an award-winning journalist who writes for newspapers and magazines. She co-authored "Women's Glasnost V. Naglost," (Bergin & Garvey, 1994) and served as an editor on "The Terrorist Conjunction," (Praeger Security International, 2007). Chandra worked in television as a writer for Connecticut Public Television and as a writer and producer on "Blood Simple," (Discovery Health Channel, 2002). Her screenplay "Chamber of Shadows," (Blackstrap, 2009) was released as an independent film and her second screenplay "Greed Index," (2013) is in the works. Chandra's third screenplay "Feministka," (2014) and her first stage play "Murder on Cherry Lane," (2015) are in pitch mode. She is co-producing the documentary film "Waking Buddha," (MDS Productions, 2015). Chandra was born in New York City.
