Ring of Fire Entertainment Writer/Director/Producer Scott A. Galeski
Scott A. Galeski is an award winning independent filmmaker and a retired police detective from Downriver Detroit Michigan. During his 25 year law enforcement career, he served as a lead investigator of Crimes Against Children, Violent Crimes, Arson, Crisis Negotiator and was SWAT certified. In addition, Galeski worked 5 years in the underbelly of Detroit as an undercover operative. Another hat he has worn is a coach & mentor to at risk and disadvantaged youth through the many teams and programs he has developed since 1980.

What sets Galeski apart as a writer, director and producer is his ability to draw upon his experiences and bring to life a world most people do not know exists. His kaleidoscope personality conveys in detail the dark, the humane and the comical sides of life. An audience will find themselves laughing, crying and reeled in by the complex messages that are portrayed in every cinematic experience he delivers.

In 2009 Galeski founded Ring of Fire Entertainment which has produced over 30 independent films and music videos that have screened throughout the world. He has worked as a technical advisor with other production companies, provides executive security for Actor Jeff Daniels and has served as a road manager for Detroit Rock Legend Mitch Ryder. In 2016 he founded the Downriver Detroit Student Film Consortium made up of a diverse group of students from Detroit and Downriver area high schools.
