A Western native, Kathryn Browning is based in Jackson, Wyoming, but works throughout the United States. She dances, rides horseback, has firearms training in both pistols and rifles, and drives an F150 Ford pickup, usually accompanied by her dog Danny Boy. Among her many roles, she has worked with award-winning directors James Foley and John David Coles in the Emmy Award-winning Netflix series House of Cards (as North Dakota Senator Ann Wallace), and played grandmother to the title character in The Book of Birdie, a Gothic thriller from London-based Melancholy Star Films. She also appears in radio and television commercials.
