Nici Brueckner

Nici Brueckner Diouf is a German-Senegalese creative producer, writer, and director with over 15 years of experience in the film industry. She founded World Color Studio 22, a Berlin-based production company championing diversity, inclusion, and cross-cultural storytelling. Nici's expertise spans all facets of production, from development to post-production, with credits in feature films, short films, TV series, and music videos. A passionate advocate for female filmmakers, she has been a mentor and programmer for the Female Filmmakers Festival Berlin, shaping it into a leading platform for emerging voices in cinema. Her accolades include multiple international awards, including recognition at the European Cinematography Awards and the Reale Film Festival. She was selected as one of 16 emerging female producers in the prestigious EWA Mentoring Scheme for European Producers in the audiovisual profession. In addition to production, Nici has taught script-writing and story development at prominent institutions, inspiring the next generation of creators.
