Luka Misetic is a Croatian American lawyer who specialized in criminal law. He was born and raised in Chicago to Croatian immigrants from western Herzegovina near Ljubuski (now part of Bosnia and Herzegovina). He graduated from Northwestern University with political science degree with departmental honors, then entered the Notre Dame Law School graduating in 1996, where he received the Dean's Award for excellence in the study of International Law.
