Amit Kaur is an international filmmaker working across features, documentaries, and commercials. She directed the BFI-funded short film 'Cuppa Chai', which screened at Academy-qualifying festivals including Oberhausen and Cleveland International Film Festival, among many others. Kaur is an alumna of the ScreenSkills-funded 'Filmonomics Feature Programme'.
She is developing her debut feature film 'Crown', alongside two short films in pre-production. Her experience spans various formats, from India's earliest web series to critically acclaimed international films and commercials.
Kaur's work has taken her across India and the UK, where she continues to split her time, bringing a unique cross-cultural perspective to her projects.
