Mini Bio (1)

Jules L. Carrozza is a filmmaker currently based in the Boston area. He first developed an interest in movies after becoming obsessed with Japanese monster films. He first picked up a video camera at the age of 10 and started making little opuses of his own by stop motion animating monster toys. As a teenager, he continued to make films that grew larger and larger in scale. His first more serious short film was the dark fairy tale satire "Little Red Riding Hood" in 2006, which was followed by the Alice in Wonderland-themed semi-follow up "Alison in 2015. He also produced a documentary on Chinese cult director T.F. Mou and a macabre short film called "Eater" in 2017.

He is currently (2017-18) at work on taking his career to the next level of professionalism, producing a web series called "Micro-Shocks" for the viral video market and with a horror anthology called "Dark Triad" and dystopian TV mini-series "Coup High" in his cross-hairs. Other unproduced/to be-produced concepts include the medieval ghost story "The Crimson Sigil", the Puritan zombie epic "Horror Colony" and "Galactic", a sci-fi story influenced by "Star Wars" and "Neon Genesis Evangelion".
