Alex Garcia Lopez

Alex Garcia Lopez is a director and writer from Buenos Aires, Argentina. He moved to the United States as a teenager and studied music at Berklee College of Music. He later moved to London where he began making short films. After working in the British TV industry for five years and directing BAFTA nominated shows (Misfits and Utopia, among others) , Alex's career expanded into the US where he has directed for Netflix (The Witcher, Daredevil, Punisher), Fox (The Exorcist) and Disney (Cloak and Dagger), among others. He is in New Zealand where he has been filming Netflix's hotly anticipated new show Cowboy Bebop, based on the cult anime series.
