Born and raised in Stockholm, Sweden, Simon came to love stories at an early age. Fascinated by fantasy and roleplaying games Simon grew up in the roleplaying Community. Following several years as a Playwright and Theatre Director Simon became heavily involved in music. Some 10+ albums later, having run a record and distribution label for one decade and with studies in Writing, Film Music, Dramaturgy, Theatre and Film Science under his belt Simon shifted his focus to Film Music working both in the Nordics and in Hollywood. He's received accolades from the likes of Ennio Morricone, Oliver Stone, John Malkovich and Steven Seagal, won more than 30 international awards and been nominated at festivals from London to Hollywood and beyond. In 2013 Simon started to produce film projects and has produced several features which have been seen all over the world. Today Simon works as a Composer and Film Producer. He is also an accomplished writer with some 20 years of professional experience. He founded the production company Tulpa Creatives together with Richard Jarnhed in 2019.
