Ben Samuels is an actor and producer, known for Attila (2017), Beneath the Leaves (2018) and A World Away (2017).

Chosen as the 2009 recipient of the Goddard Rhetorical Prize, previously awarded to: Oliver Platt, Hank Azaria, and William Hurt among others.
He is a 2009 graduate of Tufts University, where he double majored in Drama and Psychology.

He also attended the British American Drama Academy (BADA) and the American Theatre Wing's SpringboardNYC program.
In 2007, he co-founded Background Productions with fellow Tufts student Nicholas Jandl, as a means for Tufts students and alumni to collaborate on film projects.
Recipient of the Best Student Film Award at the first annual Hollywood East Film Festival for the feature "A Year and a Day" on April 28th, 2009.
Ben was born in New York City, but was raised in Bucks County, PA.
