Jason Ryan is an Arizona-based multiple award-winning cinematographer and director. His films are distributed in the US, Australia, New Zealand and Japan, and his cinematography has screened at over 150 film festivals around the world. Jason recently had his first theatrical run with The Prototype, a film on which he directed photography on the western segment. He has directed photography and/or operated camera for shows on TBS, PBS, NBCSN, CNBC, OXYGEN, FOOD, MTV Digital, CMT Digital, GOLF, SPIKE, OLN, FSN, GAC, FUEL and more TV networks.
In 2023, Jason's work was featured in Focus On: Lenses, a special issue of British Cinematographer, which is the official magazine of the British Society of Cinematographers.
