Park is a Korean American filmmaker, producer,and editor dedicated to creating and supporting independent work from unique voices.
She co-produced LIQUOR STORE DREAMS, So Yum Um's first documentary feature, that broadcasted on the PBS program, POV. The film premiered at Tribeca and screened in other festivals including BFI London Film Festival, Palm Springs International, and Busan International Film Festival. Park is currently in development for a hybrid documentary feature film, NON-ALIEN, with renowned filmmaker Rea Tajiri. NON-ALIEN was recently awarded the Chicken & Egg grant.
Park's editing work includes the feature documentary film, TYRUS: THE TYRUS WONG STORY, which premiered at the Telluride Film Festival; HARRY GAMBOA JR: CHICANO MALE UNBOUNDED, an installation project for the Autry Museum; and the short film, NICE, which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival.
