Venetia Grivas
- Actress
Venetia started out as a child model and actress first appearing alongside her mother who was a successful model in Greece in a commercial for the Greek brand Nou Nou. She continued child modelling until the age of 5 where she moved from Athens to live in the UK with her mother and British side of her family, going back to Greece every school holiday. At the age of 7 she started The Arts Educational School, Tring Park where she trained in dance, singing and acting. At the age of 9 she got into the English National Ballet's Nutcracker but damaged her knee a day before rehearsals were due to commence. Not lacking in drive even at the tender age of 9 she started attending auditions outside her school time getting down to the final for The Prince and The Pauper whereby she was asked to go to the United States. Her mother refused this as she felt as though she was too young so she stayed in the UK and shortly afterwards appeared in her first feature film "Bledlow Ridge". Having taking time out of school it was decided that Venetia would concentrate on her schooling and continued at Tring Park until she graduated at the age of 18 after which she went attended The Arts Educational Schools in London whereby she completed a 3 year degree in acting. Since then Venetia has steadily been working in various film and theatre projects having also written a play "An Easel With No Canvass" and more recently turned her hand to producing as well. Venetia speaks English, Greek and French fluently with the first two both being her mother tongues. 2016 is already looking to be a busy year for Venetia.
