Michael left school at 17 before graduating from Southampton Institute with a BA Honours in Business Management and Finance. This led to Michael's role in LA based feature The Summoning, securing Michael's O1 visa and SAG approval, a huge step for an aspiring actor in such a competitive industry. In 2010 Michael founded an apolitical grass-roots youth movement called 'Bite the Ballot' and from this has contributed to building a relationship between young people and parliament, inspiring young people to believe in the power of their voice and ultimately vote. This has been a rewarding project for Michael that comes hand in hand with his acting career as he finds the time to attract others to this worth while cause building the profile of the movement that is stretching across the UK and now has strong tie with the USA equivalent 'Rock the Vote'. Michael has enjoyed roles with repertory companies and directors and his reputation is becoming widely acclaimed.
