Kevin Diamond(I)

Kevin W. Diamond is a 5th generation native of San Diego, California. Mr. Diamond started creating his first films in 5th grade when he received a VHS recorder and camera for Christmas. He began his own video production company at the age of 12, recording local theater and dance performances. His love for making movies continued into High school where his work was termed, visionary and ambitious. He graduated Point Loma High School and went on to Westmont College, in Santa Barbara to receive his degree in Fine Art and Technical Theater. He was awarded the Outstanding Art Major award and graduated Cum Laude. After College Mr. Diamond went on to work in the San Diego Live Theater scene as a prop maker and scenic designer.

Mr. Diamond moved into Graphic Design and then DRTV video production before joining Angelic Pictures in 1997. He is the Supervising Producer and Director of Industry Advancement for Angelic Pictures. His creative input has shaped all of Angelic's movies as well as projects in new media and web-comics.

Mr. Diamond worked with the San Diego Regional Chamber Foundation, the Executive Committee of the Business Roundtable For Education. He has worked with High School age students for 30 years teaching video, journalism and art. He has a passion for international travel and writing. In recent years to keep his graphic Design skills sharp, he has taken to designing book covers. at he opening of 2018, 50% of the top 100 Westerns on Amazon were his covers.

Mr. Diamond lives with his wife Misty Diamond in La Mesa, Ca. He has a grown daughter also working in the Industry, Holly Diamond. He has three step sons and a two year old daughter.
