Biography

Originally from Alabama, Malcolm McRae relocated to Los Angeles and found a path towards music along the way. Within a year of residing in California, he began recording with the likes of Jon Brion and Tony Berg, in addition to signing with Warner Records as one half of the duo more* with Kane Richotte. more* most recently supported Haim on their North American Summer 2022 tour, and previously went on the road with Grouplove. While pursuing one artform, Malcolm also dove into the fashion editorial space, landing a cover story for ODDA Magazine as his very first solo shoot. Since that initial venture, Malcolm has engaged with brands such as Dior, Celine, and BVLGARI for partnerships. 2023 saw Malcolm recording more*'s debut album in London, UK, participating at men's fashion week in Paris, appearing in The Amazon Original Series Daisy Jones & the Six, and discovering new inspirations in the midst of it all. On the film side, Malcolm most recently wrapped the independent film TRITON alongside Freya Allen and Josh Whitehouse and is set to release later this year.
