He is involved in panels and workshops promoting Casting as an Art in Poland and Europe. Jury member of various film festivals. Involved in working on the recognition of casting in Poland. This activity result in the awarding of the "best casting category" at the Polish Film Festival in Gdynia in 2022. Founder of Polish Casting Directors Guild (PCDG).
Memebr of International Casting Directors Association ICDA (2019-2024 board member); Casting Society (CSA), European Film Academy EFA and Polish Film Academy PAF.
