Joey Carey is a founding partner of Sundial Pictures. His work covers a variety of themes across scripted narrative and documentary films, in a range of roles from Director, Producer, Cinematographer, and Editor. Titles include This Much We Know, Amazing Grace, Los Ultimos Frikis, This Organic Life, Cuban Food Stories, Emmy nominated Welcome to Leith, Havana Skate Days, The Seventh Fire, Obvious Child, Jiro Dreams of Sushi, Pariah, Jack of the Red Hearts, and Youth In Oregon. Sundial Pictures has premiered films at Sundance, Berlin, SXSW, Tribeca, and Toronto, and partnered with distribution companies such as A24, Magnolia Pictures, Focus Features, and Samuel Goldwyn. Joey has produced content with clients such as Univision, Conde Nast, Fusion, Repetto, JD Sports, and DoorDash. When not working in film, he works in fashion, focused on building the sustainable slow-fashion brand "Dador" in Havana, Cuba.
