Russell Bailey is an actor, writer, and director known for Barmy (2012). Russell was born in Norfolk, Virginia and grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He attended Wells College in New York. Russell trained in improv theater at The Groundlings in L.A., and was discovered after placing in The Academy Nicholl Fellowship in Screenwriting.
