Blake Hutchison was born Robert Ewing Hutchison II in Columbus, Ohio on
February 2, 1980, and grew up near Bellefontaine, Ohio. He legally
changed his name to Blake Nicholas Hutchison in 1998, and started
participating in community theatre projects in 2002, with his first
significant role being that of a gender-confused waiter in "Eighty Six
Sense" for 11:11 Productions and Emerald City Players in Dublin, Ohio.
In 2003, he started production on his first feature project "Finding a
Dream", which was completed in 2005. He entered the University of
Toledo in 2005, at age 25, to pursue a degree in Film and Video
production, and graduated with honors in 2009.
