Alexander Leontaritis is a film director, producer and script writer. He has international experience having worked in the film and commercials industry in the United States (Los Angeles, New York), United Arabic Emirates (Dubai), United Kingdom (UK),Greece (Athens) and Cyprus (Nicosia).
He has a BA in Sociology from the American College of Greece (Deree College), a Certificate in Film Production from UCLA, a Certificate in Film and Television Studies from New York College and a Certificate in Film Directing from Iek Akmi(Vocational Training).
He has directed features, TV Series,shorts,commercials and music videos. He has worked in various crew positions as a production manager, cinematographer,camera operator,assistant director, production assistant and as an editor. Additionally he has worked as an actor in feature films, commercials and TV Series.
Currently he is involved in foreign feature and TV Series productions that plan to do filming in Greece or Cyprus working as a line producer and as a film fixer.
In the past he worked as a photographer and as a journalist at various newspapers and magazines for topics related to cinema.
While in Los Angeles he interned at Lawrence Bender Productions and Kadokawa Picures and in Dubai he worked at Joy Films in the area of producing commercials.
