Linzi Stoppard is one half of the electric violin duo FUSE with fellow violinist Ben Lee.
FUSE's eponymous debut album was released through Edel AG/Universal Records.
"FUSE" features 14 incredible tracks including 'Fix You' by Coldplay, 'Go Your Own Way' by Fleetwood Mac, the title track by Andreas Johnson and a stunning blend of the medieval 'O Fortuna' from Carmina Burana and Zeppelin's 'Kashmir'.
FUSE are sponsored by the jewelry brand Swarovski who designed the duo a pair of bespoke signature crystal violins. Other collaborations include working with British jewelry designer Theo Fennell and custom-made violin manufacturer Bridge, to create the world's first ever 24-carat golden skull violins.
Linzi Stoppard and FUSE have been noted for their performances including those at The Royal Albert Hall, Henley Festival with The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, televised GQ Awards, Singapore Grand Prix - sharing a bill with Katy Perry and Noel Gallagher, London's Natural History Museum, and the Zappeion Megaron in Athens.
In 2013 Ben Lee became the 5-time Guinness World Record as the Fastest Violin Player in the world. Ben performed "Flight of the Bumblebee" by Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov at over 17 notes per second making him the first player in history to break the 'magic-minute' mark.
FUSE have also recorded the music for the recent teaser trailer that announces the new movie Sheene (2017) - a narrative feature film on the most charismatic and influential motorcycle champion of all time, Barry Sheene. The film is based on the book "Barry: The Story of Motorcycling Legend Barry Sheene", written by Barry's teammate and good friend Steve Parrish and MotoGP commentator Nick Harris.
