Eugene Conde HEUGE to some friends was born and raised in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan Philippines. He moved to Manila to pursue his dream of becoming a Cosmetic Surgeon but ended up finishing a Bachelor of Arts double major in General Sciences and Microbiology.
In 2002 He represented the Philippines for the Hair World Olympics held in Las Vegas Nevada where he met up a contact who brought him on the set of the long-running tv show Days of Our Lives. his first TV show in Hollywood.
Eugene is now a member of the IATSE International Alliance of Theater and Stage Employee local 706. ad continue honing his craft and network.
