Kenny built his own home in the style of the legendary Myers House from the Halloween franchise. I’ve always told myself if I make it out to North Carolina, I want to visit the place. Kenny dropped me a line about a film that he and Josh Hasty, who previously directed the Halloween tribute short film, Judith where Kenny’s The Myers House was utilized, are making called Honeyspider.

New Trailer Arrives for All Hallows Evil: Lord of the Harvest, Check it Out!

Ron McLellen is the writer/director of the upcoming horror film All Hallows Evil: Lord of the Harvest, and he's just sent us the new trailer with a jamming soundtrack that is simply loaded with horrific creatures. You've gotta see it.

In just the trailer, which runs less than three minutes, we were able to spot a werewolf, a witch, an orc-like demon creature, a possessed scarecrow as well as the old Super Loops carnival ride, a very Michael Myers-esque kid in a clown costume, two knights (looked like from The Crusades era), a swordfight and no shortage of blood puking scenes. Imagine what the feature length film contains! We're exhausted just thinking about it.

All Hallows Evil: Lord of the Harvest is written and directed by Ron McLellen (Jack O'Lantern) of Southlan-Films. The film is produced by McLellen and Eric Burton, and stars Alyssa Lewis, Ian Isaksson, Rusty Smith,

Second Batch of Behind-the-Scenes Stills: Halloween: The Inside Story

Since our first mention of "Halloween: The Inside Story", which will be hitting A&E's Biography Channel this October, fans have been pretty excited to finally get a concise overview of the original film that started it all. To keep momentum going for Phil Nobile's feature length documentary, we have a second batch of stills that we are sure will garner your approval.

What we're really digging about this project is that all parties concerned are going out of their way to get you the content that you desire. Believe me when I tell you getting the master himself, John Carpenter, to talk Halloween is not exactly an easy task; yet, Nobile and company have got him, Jamie Lee Curtis, and tons more including Irwin Yablans, Dean Cundey, Nick Castle, Nancy Kyes, Pj Soles, Charles Cyphers, Tony Moran, John Graham, Tommy Lee Wallace, Kim Gottlieb-Walker, Kyle Richards, Brian Andrews,

First Behind-the-Scenes Shots: Upcoming Halloween Doc: The Inside Story

Coming this October fans of Halloween will be in for a special treat as A&E's Biography Channel airs a two-hour look back at the very first night he came home. Some behind-the-scenes images from director Phil Nobile's "Halloween: The Inside Story" have hit the Net, and things are looking pretty good!

Having served as associate producer on the definitive look at the A Nightmare on Elm Street series documentary, Never Sleep Again, I know full well what goes into these docs and how much hard work they are. Most of all, though ... they are not just another gig. Documentaries like this are nothing short of a labor of love. Nobile and company look to be well on their way with theirs.

Most of the filming took place at Orange Grove, Pasadena, and at the replica Myers House owned by Kenny Caperton in North Carolina.

Big thanks to DC reader Cinezombi for the heads-up.
