He is one of the producers of an Oscar-and BAFTA-nominated film, originally from Transylvania and now based in London, whose body of work spans critically acclaimed, award-winning, and commercially successful European films.
His best-known work is for Quo Vadis, Aida?, directed by Jasmila Zbanic - a landmark film that was nominated for both an Academy Award and a BAFTA in 2021, and went on to win Best Film at the European Film Awards 2022.
Other highlights of his career include Donbas (Un Certain Regard Award, Cannes 2018), Ana, Mon Amour (Silver Bear, Berlinale 2017), and Albüm (Critics' Week Award, Cannes 2016).
