Rodney Turner II is a film executive, producer, sports and entertainment manager from Dallas, TX. Rodney relocated to Atlanta in the early 2000s and broke into the entertainment industry by climbing the ranks of the music business. After joining Manny Halley's Imani Media Group in 2009, Rodney would go on to become part of the management teams for Nicki Minaj, Keyshia Cole and Young Thug. In early 2018 he segued away from artist management to focus on film production.
Rodney's first experience as a film producer came with the release of True to the Game (2017) starring Vivica A Fox and Columbus Short. Other producer credits include True to the Game 2 & 3, Dutch I and II, A Holiday Chance, Imani, and Soulmates. Rodney is a member of the P.G.A (Producers Guild) who works on the ground during production as UPM and location manager along with his creative contributions and has become a vital part of Imani Media's ascension in the TV/Film space. By transitioning his talents and maximizing relationships from over his 15+ years of experience in the entertainment business he is poised to be around for many years to come.
