Blair Silver was born in The Nation's Capital, Washington, D.C. and raised in the Washington Metropolitan Areas such as Georgetown, Silver Spring, Maryland and the fabled, Chesapeake Bay Seaports of Norfolk and Virginia Beach, Virginia.
MENSA IQ qualification was attained while attending his Freshman year at Old Dominion University, with a major in Fine Arts and a concentration in Portrait Sculpture throughout.
Subsequently, wanderlust inspired him to travel extensively throughout Western Europe, Jamaica, South Florida and México. Ultimately, on his trek out West, he lived for three years in Aspen, Colorado, and a spring season in Anchorage, Alaska, before planting permanent roots in Manhattan Beach, California, immortalized in the Beach Boys classic song, "Surfin' U.S.A."
Mr. Silver was established as an Adjunct Professor for the Voice Theater Program at UCLA's "Academy for the Performing Arts." He developed Curriculum Infrastructure and Modification Processes, taught Voice Theater Performance Applications for Stage, Screen and Studio Recording Arts and Sciences for Film, Television and the ever-expanding world of Multimedia. The "Academy" was founded by legendary Actress, Producer, Lucille Ball, of Desilu Productions' ground-breaking, high-concept TV Series, "Star Trek," along with venerable Educator, Ambassador, Polititian, Diane Watson and renown, avant-garde, Comic/Actor, Sid Caesar.
Blair Silver is both a contemporary and perennial force in the Entertainment Industry. Initially, he performed as a Singer, Songwriter, Voice Coach and Elocution Tutor. For many years, he has also worked as a Narrator, Voice-Over Artist, Jingle Singer, Keynote Speaker, Auctioneer and Master of Ceremonies for various Special Events including Red Carpets, Awards Shows and Charitable Fundraisers for the Education, Health and Well-Being of others.
Over twenty-five years ago, Mr. Silver founded Blair Silver & Company, LLC and he has enjoyed working continuously as the Owner/Operator of the Los Angeles-based Firm. As an Entertainment Media Consultant, the diverse creative client roster is a complement of: Authors, Screenwriters, Intellectual Property Creators, Directors, Producers, Composers, Actors, Social Media Influencers, Fine Artists and the ever-burgeoning realm of Multi-Hyphenate Talent.
