Mini Bio (1)
Gia Mora is a performer, writer, and producer. She recently shot the lead in a feature film directed by Cannes-award winner Shahab Hosseini, and she's a series regular (and sometimes composer/vocalist) on the podcast "Build for Tomorrow." Her critically acclaimed original musical comedy "Einstein's Girl" explores love in the digital age through the lens of theoretical physics and has played to sold out houses on both coasts.
Her writing spans an eclectic array of topics and is often set to a killer dance beat. "MOMs," a comedy pilot written with the Scirens, was a semi-finalist in the 2018 NY Television Festival Scripts Contest. In 2019, her comedy short "Anchors Away (2019)" screened at the Hollywood Reel Independent and Lift-Off Film Festivals. She's also written music for film and for Minnesota Public Radio. In 2021, Gia will executive produce the science docuseries "Many Worlds TV" with Emmy award-winning producer/director Michael Simon.
A vegan yogi with a passion for all things feline, Gia loves sustainable living, art, and Italian cooking. Say hello to her on Instagram (@gia_mora).
